And what they've found is that addicts who have lower levels of omega 3 fatty acids in their bodies experience significantly more relapses.

Obviously you can also grab an omega 3 supplement from some well reputed brand the next time you're out grocery shopping, which is what I myself, but I do try to get a good amount of omega 3 from natural healthy foods as well.
